Counerfeit DS Games All over Ebay
Hello, I recently fell victim to purchasing a Counterfeit Item on ebay. I did not know it was counterfeit, it looked authentic at first glance. Once I inspected the item, I could clearly tell it was fake. My concern is that there are a lot of these counterfeits for sale of this particular game. It appears that most of the mario ds games have counterfeits available on the market. Whats worse is that some buyers cant even tell, some want to keep the item sealed and may never know, and others probably can't tell. my question is, what can we do to get protection from these counterfeit items? I have reported quite a few of them and they are still available for sale. Legalities aside, they should at least list some type of disclaimer that it is a reproduction etc, but instead they pass it of as authentic. Right now I have a case pending regarding the game, and the seller has claimed they will oly give me a 50% refund because I opened the game. If the game would have been authentic, I would not have sent it back opened, thats obviously unfair to the seller.

OP3 years agoAnd now ebay has removed the negative feedback stating the game is counterfeit...just great.
