Cost of shipping labels
We are new to Ebay selling. We have sold 3 items and each stated the buyer will pay for shipping. Why is the shipping cost deducted from my money as well as the transaction fees? Both buyer and seller are paying for shipping.

Mentor2 years agoThe buyer pays YOU for shipping when s/he sends payment, which includes item price + shipping + sales tax. You get the item price + shipping less Final Value Fee. You then purchase the shipping label wherever you wish. If you use ebay shipping, you are charged the commercial rate. If you pay at the post office counter, you will be paying the retail rate.
