Cost for send back item
UPS attempted deliver 2 times but buyer was out of location. If UPS decided to send back item, what happened my shipping charge and repackaging cost?

Mentor1 week agoYou absorb it. UPS did their job and eBay does not ship so neither will reimburse you.
