Cosmetixs policy Violation issue

Summary: bh12yabe is experiencing issues with eBay removing their listing for nail polishes due to a cosmetic policy violation. For the second time, eBay is removing one of our listings for cosmetic policy violation. The listing is a lot of new nail polishes in a variety of brands. The polishes are all brand new. They’re all in their original bottles. They’ve never been used. They’ve never been open however eBay is flagged them two different times for policy violations. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong I can’t seem to get a hold of anybody in eBay to help me out with this. The second time they answered my appeal. They said it was because it wasn’t in the right bottles, but they’re all in their original bottles exactly how they were purchased from the Walmart
