How long is correspondence kept? Can I access from 2021?

Mentor1 year agoeBay only shows the most recent messages in your message inbox or folders.
If you have your eBay messages from members forwarded to your email, check your email archives.
You may be able to retrieve some message text information by requesting a report by date range here:
https://www.sarweb.ebay.com/sar
Reports take a week to generate, and then you must use the resulting link within another week before it expires.
