Correcting tracking number
How do you edit/ correct In incorrectly entered tracking number?
I transposed a number and am currently unable to discern how to make a correction.

You can not remove the original tracking you entered but you can add a second tracking number. Be sure to message your buyer and let them know which tracking number is correct. Go to your orders page

Click on the view order details link. There is a drop down arrow next to the track package option. In that menu is the option to add tracking. This will open a box with the option to add additional tracking numbers.
