Correcting Negative Feedback
Hi, I left negative feedback for a seller and then they corrected the mistake. Can someone send me a link to send to the seller so they can ask me to revise my negative feedback because they fixed the problem and ebay won't let me fix my negative feedback. Only the seller can send me a link and they don't know how to do that so if someone knows the link I'd really like to correct my negative feedback I left them and make it right as they made it right with me and don't deserve to have that negative feedback on their account.

Mentor1 year ago@jessan4178 Feedback can only be revised within 30 days of leaving it that is why the seller can't send a revision request.

OP1 year agoOh okay that is horrible!!! He corrected his mistake and sent me the card but with the mail being so slow it's been more than 30 days. I guess I'll call ebay to see if they can make an exception. Thank you VERY much for your help!

Mentor1 year agoLet the seller know you would like to revise the feedback you left, and you would appreciate it if the seller sent you the feedback revision form. Just in case the seller doesn't know where that is, tell him to go to his feedback profile, scroll all the way down and click on Request Feedback Revision. When you receive it, you have 10 days to act on it.
