Correcting an error in shipping when thereâ€™s a pending offer

I have a pending offer on an item, but the buyer says heâ€™s being charged $70 in shipping (which should not be a thing). I need to fix the box dimensions (I think thatâ€™s the problem), but I canâ€™t revise the listing because of his pending purchase. How can I fix it?

You cannot change the listing with an outstanding offer. The Buyer will have to let it expire, then you can Edit the listing. If you still can't Edit then End it, correct it and relist it from your Unsold file.
