Correcting a shipping label that was already purchased

Question

I sold an item and purchased a shipping label from EBay. I noticed that when I printed it out my old address was listed as the sender’s return address. Is there a way that I edit my address or do I have to cancel the shipping label and create a new one and will I loose the money I spent on the incorrect label and have to pay for another?

If you cannot use the paid label, you can cancel it from your Shipping Labels page. You would then see your refund in approximately 21 days.

You would then need to correct your return address in your Account Settings before buying another label.
