Correct way to accept returns?
Customer wants to return an item. Last time I did this I lost 150.00. The refund money went to customer and return label did not, so I never got my product back. I want to see my item, its condition, before refunding money if that is at all possible. What do I do to send them label but not funds at this point please?

Mentor1 year agoBuyer needs to open a Return Request. You accept the return, ebay will send a return label. Make sure you do this within the time limit stated and do not select Refund without a return. Do not refund until your item has been returned and resolve the matter with in the time limit to do so.
