Correct item received in the incorrect product packaging

Question

I would like to return my item for a full refund and have the postage paid for as the seller has posted it to me with a different box which is advertising a different item. Any items I purchase, I prefer them to be in original packaging unless it’s advertised otherwise. This box has not been opened or damaged.

If it was New it should come in its original sealed box. If it was Pre-owned,Used or Open box, the original packaging does not apply unless the seller states it is in the original package. New: The item is brand new, unused, unopened, and undamaged in its original packaging. Open box: The item is in excellent, new condition with no wear. The item may be missing the original packaging or protective wrapping, or it may be in the original packaging but not sealed. Used/Preowned: The item was previously used. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but it is fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a floor model or store return that has been used.
