eBay doesn't provide an email address. You can mail them a letter to this address:
eBay Corporate Headquarters
2025 Hamilton Ave
San Jose, CA 95125-5904
If you have a question you need help with, you might consider just asking it here.

OP8 months agoThanks I will post it here and see whats said. I feel that I actually need to speak to someone with the power to do something about my problem. Customer service just puts me on hold for 5 min and shuffles me off to someone else who can't explain to me why this problem was even able to take place. What was done to me is illegal now matter how you look at it. I believe thats why I am getting the runaround. No one wants to take responsibility for it. I have already been in contact with an attorney but to be honest I have enough of my time already involved in legal disputes with my own family. I just want someone to acknowledge that I was done wrong and give me some satisfaction without involving attorneys and courtrooms and any more of my time. It was wrong. Just say ok, we made a mistake. Here is X amount of $$ to compensate your inconvenience and we are sorry. Thank you and have a good day.......instead I get hung up on, or put on hold and no one comes back, or just put on with someone who says they will look into it and should receive an update in 48 hours. The update never happens. I am just frustrated at the lack of responsibility for an seriously overlooked flaw in how a seller is treated. Essentially I am a customer because I pay ebay for a service they provide. I was always told the customer is always right.

You still haven't said what the problem was (unless your only problem is with customer service).
What happened that causes you to think you are owed money? Did you use eBay's Money Back Guarantee? Did you take all steps within the timeframe given for your case?

If you are wanting eBay to pay you for some inconvenience, that's a legal matter. Below is a link to the legal section of the user agreement:
