Copyright Infringement Claim Denied

Question

Hi,

I reported to eBay that someone was selling a poster of a photograph I took. The seller likely downloaded the photo from Flickr.

I filed the report and attached the photograph with the EXIF data and this is eBay's reply:

"We looked into your report and didn’t find the listing to be in violation of our policy. This determination was made using automation or artificial intelligence."

Can someone offer any advice as to what I can do next?

To be honest eBay will only do something about this kind of thing if you are part of the VeRO (Verified Rights Owner) program. The program requires you to prove that you ae the rights owner of the item and not just another seller trying to cause a seller a problem.
