Hello,
What if some accounts copy our store listings using the same template I use in my listings and copy the same HTML code (Additional details page)?
Why does eBay allow others to copy and paste the same listings, and how can I report them?
Is there any way eBay can send a warning to their stores?
Thanks

Mentor1 week agoThere is nothing to report. In the user agreement you agreed to by using the site it gives eBay the rights to your listing to do anything they want with it. This includes making it available to other sellers to use for their listings. You gave up all rights to your listing information and photos as soon as you clicked on List.
