Copy cat seller site.
What are the course to take to get a refund? Am pretty sure I had bought an item through a copycat account. The fraudster site is almost identical to another site I had bought earlier, down to the logo. Only difference is the fraudster is located in China and the original seller is in Japan. Caught it within an hour of the purchase and requested a cancellation. Is this common within ebay and how to protect oneself? I was already careful with the purchase. Recalled the logo of the previous seller and thought it might be a sister site. Further review of the site content made it look very fishy. Is this scam, common? TIA for the insight.
