Order a box of 36 packs of cookies received a small box with 1 pack of cookies they cost was 20 .49 I messaged them to only get a offer of 15 dollars return I contacted ebay they said return the package at my expense my child ate the cookies so I can't return i think this seller is a scam why would you only send 1 pack of cookies and not respond to my problem of not receiving my full order 😕

eBay has an excellent money back guarantee for items that are not as described where the seller pays for return shipping, but it only works if you are able to return what you received.
