continious log on problems

Question

I continually get locked out of my account at sign on. I have tried several times with customer service however they say they send me emails to change password, however I never receive them. I think they have wrong phone number or log in email address. So I do not have the means to correct this problem. What do I do now?

Are you using a VPN, hotspot or Starlink network? Those can cause problems.

If you are able to sign in using a different network connection, check to make sure your phone number and email address are correct. Or check using the eBay app, if you are able to sign in using the app.
