Conterfit Policy
I have been trying for over 21/2 months to get an appeal on products that eBay pulled from my sight saying there were conterfit, but that I could appeal. I tried that buy uploading the documents that show where I purchased the itmes from. I purchased them from a company that has been in business over 34 years.
The first they told me on the phone that they recieved the documents and I should hear in 24 to 72 hours. A copule of days later I got a email telling that I needed to upload the document becasue they don't have them, so I sent them again. Still didn't hear back so I contact support they put me through to resoulations department. The person that answered the phone looked in my file and said she saw the documents, but there weren't any findings. She said she was forwarding request for more information and to wait 24 to 72 hours.
Does anyone know how I can contact someone at eBay that can get me a final answer as to weather they are accepting my appeal or not.
