Conterfeits and refund.

Question

I bought some golf grips but seller sent me the fake.

They said if I return it, they will refund.

But if I return it, someone will be another vitim.

I want cut them all and get fully refund.

What shoul I do?

That is not an option. You must return them to get a refund. The seller must pay the return shipping - perhaps he will choose to refund you and tell you to keep them.

Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reason for return, select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
