Contents of package removed
I was contacted by the buyer telling me the package he’d received had been cut and contents removed. Anything I can do on my end?

Mentor2 weeks agoDid you ask the buyer for photos of the cut package? If there is a sticker on the package from the USPS stating that the package was received without the contents, make sure you get a photo of that as well. If the buyer files a refund request for Item Not as Described, you can refund the buyer, and then file an insurance claim with the USPS, uploading the photos the buyer sent you.
