Contacting Two Sellers without a Response

I have contacted two sellers and have not received responses. How do I receive a response from them?

Some reasons a seller might not respond:

You are making an offer through messaging when the seller does not have Make an Offer on the listing.
You are making an offer that is so low, the seller is insulted.
The seller just does not provide good service by answering messages, in which case, consider yourself lucky to find out before doing business with him and can move on to find a better seller.,
You are asking for a return or reporting an item that is not as described.

For a return...

Check the listing for the seller's return policy. The seller may not accept buyer-remorse returns. However, If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

for an item not received...

Check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. When that date has passed, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.

You may not be able to get a response. eBay does not require sellers to communicate with users although it is good form if they do. If the seller does not want to communicate with you before a sale they most certainly not communicate with you if there is a problem. You should probably find another seller for the item.
