OP3 years agoI found the seller. I have tried to contact him many times, but ebay continually wants me to registar, which I have tried to do.... and redo.... even changing my password...... BUT I can not get into text or gm the seller. I guess I will return the item..... but then I need to be registared, which I am, but the computer keeps sending me in circles, wanting me to reregistar...... ? ? ? ?
Any suggestions..... I have been trying to figure this out for over 2 hours........

Mentor3 years agoIs it posible that you made the purchase as a guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.
