Contacting the seller
Several times now I have wanted to ask the seller questions about the item they have for sale and when I click on the contact seller button it goes to the correct page but I am unable to type anything in to ask a question. This time when I tried it the message --eBay . ai has been enabled-- came up. What does that mean and how do I get a hold of an eBay representative to get some help on being able to contact the seller. I was always able to do this before. Every avenue I have tried so far has been a dead end. Thank you for any information.

The message form is not intuitive at all. Scoll down to the bottom of the message form and type your message in the tiny little box where it says Send message. Then click the paper airplane icon to send it.
