Contacting the Seller

I don't know how to access to writing a message to the seller. It used to be that I hit Contact Seller, and a box came up where I just typed my message. Now I get a screen with a big blank area that is not accessible to write anything. The option at the bottom to send message only pops up with "Do I want to send a copy to myself." I see no place to actually write a message.

Once you see that "Send copy to your email" message, start typing your message.

You type in the small box that says "send message".

Go to either a listing page of the seller or go to their feedback profile page and click on "Contact seller".
Next to "Still have questions?" click on "Contact seller"
In the pop up window that appears, start typing your question inside the box where it says "Send message"
Click on the "Send message" button.
