Contacting someone whose offer was auto declined?
Can I contact someone by email who placed an offer on one of my items a few days ago and was automatically declined if I have now lowered the auto threshold? Their email is showing under my completed offers (they must be a buyer and seller) and the amount they previously offered is now an acceptable price for me to sell the item.
Or is this considered against seller rules/policies?
