Contacting sellers on Ebay
It used to be an easy process to buy and sell on Ebay however Ebay appears to have made this process more difficult for buyers. Easy to take their money but difficult for those buyers to contact the sellers.
I doubt if i will ever use ebay again after my recent purchase experience and, i will be telling everyone i know of my experience. Ebay should be ashamed of themselves.

Mentor2 years agoEvery eBay listing has a "contact" link to send a message to the seller, though not all sellers respond to messages.
If an item does not arrive or is not as described, eBay has a process for buyers to file cases with eBay, and if at that point the seller will not cooperate, the buyer can ask eBay to step in and refund the buyer.
