Contacting sellers
Why won’t eBay let me contact seller. I purchase, shirts for example and sometimes I need more information than provided in description. I will not make a purchase from any shop if I don’t get the size and fabric info needed, I go to next listing. It’s not fair to buyers or sellers to miss out. Etsy has no problem with contacting sellers, they encourage it, which makes for a pleasant sale. Someone please explain. Thanks frustrated buyer!!!

What happens when you try to contact a seller through one of the seller's listings?
