When I open the contact seller option and a window opens I am not able to enter a message. Please help.

When I open the contact seller option and a window opens I am not able to enter a message. Please help.

Mentor1 year agoIt isn't in the 'logical' place in my opinion. When the window opens, go to the bottom where it says send message. There is an arrow here as well. Type in this area, not in the large white space where you think it should be.
