Contacting seller
I'm trying to contact a new seller but every time I try contact seller I get a error page, Can someone Please help me and tell what I'm doing wrong. THANKS

Mentor10 months agoIf you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.

What page are you starting from? What does the error say?
Try another browser. Make sure you are signed in to the correct eBay account. Try contacting the seller through the seller's feedback or profile page, or from one of the seller's current listings.
If you are prompted for an item number, choose a current item number or else "not about an item" rather than using an old item number.
