contacting seller
I am trying to contact a seller regarding status of my order. Ebay wants me to register, I enter the info and it tells me that I am already registered but will not let me proceed so I can contact the seller. What am I doing wrong?

Do you see the item? If so, you can click CONTACT SELLER to send your message.
If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.

If you purchased as a guest, you must first sign out of your current eBay account and then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest purchase, or else open that link using a private or incognito browser window by right clicking on it.
