Contacting Seller
Wednesday, November 6, I was able to contact sellers with no problem. Thursday, November 7, when I clicked on the CONTACT SELLER icon, instead of the usual message box appearing in the upper left hand corner of the screen, it was completely different and moved over to the right hand side of the screen; and my cursor would not show up in the message area no matter what I did. The customer service response to my description of the problem and my request to talk to a real human being could be described as nothing but a cruel joke and/or corporate indifference. YOU CAN NOT REASON WITH AN AI - EBAY MGMT, SHAME ON YOU!!! AND YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO CALL THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE?????
