eBay hasn't had a support number for 6 years (since the pandemic, customer service reps have been working remotely).
You can use the contact link in the Help article that most closely matches the topic you need help with and ask for a callback from an agent.
To save time however, you can ask your question right here on this board.

OP7 months agobeen told 3 times someone would call. Never happened
