Contacting ebay. I keep getting stuck in a loop. whe option I need is not available

I keep receiveing emails about items on my watch list. However the email does not tell me which account they are for. I have closed some accounts and the open ones do not show the items.

To be clear these ARE items I have put on watch lists (years ago)

Each eBay account should have its own email address. Go to the eBay account associated with that email address. From there you can either edit your Watch List or change your Communication Preferences.

If you are not sure which eBay account it is, try signing in using that email address as your eBay username. Reset the password, if necessary, to access the account.
