Contacting Ebay from outside US/Canada
My account has been suspended. Ebay have messaged me to contact them with a link. However, when I press the contact tab it will not accept my phone number and only gives options for US/Canada. I am not in either country.

Mentor3 years agoYou are registered in the UK, but you are currently signed in to the US ebay.com site where call back options available are for North American only.
Sign out here and sign back in to ebay.co.uk for a chat with an agent or to request a call back in the UK.

Use the "Contact us" link, follow the prompts for your particular issue, then use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back in the UK.
