Contacting eBay directly.
I ordered some items on a buy 5 get 1 free. Only 4 have arrived. They’re saying that they’ve sent the order as they received it from eBay. The 5th item has been left in my basket. When I paid for the order, it knocked the discount of the 5th item off as it should. I need to contact eBay regarding this. Not that stupid bot thing that you go round in circles with. Does anyone have an email address or know how to do this? Thanks in advance.
