Contacting eBay Customer Service Agent

Hi,

I cannot get in contact with eBay Customer Service Agent. Before, there was an option to chat online and solve any problem. Now, they have this useless automated assistant. I tried the "Call Me Back" option but never get any calls to my number.

How Can I get to chat online with a real Agent or at least send them an email?

Thans for the reply but I tried it before and even a while ago but the result is the same: "We tried to contact you, but weren't able to reach you at the phone number."

Although I made sure to choose the correct country code(I'm calling from Kuwait) and my mobile number.
