Contacting eBay by email, I can’t find one
How to respond to emails from eBay! Reference policy violations!
I want to send an Email to them reference their comments about my listings.

Sellers can no longer charge a restocking fee, you need to remove this statement from your listings;
"A 20% restocking fee will be charged to buyer for each item returned.'
Also, sellers cannot require payment by Paypal because buyers pay through Ebay using whatever funding source they choose that Ebay accepts.
It is not possible to respond to Ebay's email with an email response.
