contacting ebay
Anyone know how to contact someone at ebay? I have issues with a seller that wont take a part back and give a refund. The mirrors I received do not fit. The wires are to short to reach adjustment switches. The computer wizards that I contacted say they are right and they are not . I also have a problem, with ebay. Their damned computer answers are **bleep**. Everything was done before I tried that route. Nothing helped there either. Is there a way to talk to an actual person or do I say f*** ebay and not buy from here any more? My money spends real well every where else.

Mentor3 years agoDid you open a return request? If you did, and selected 'doesn't fit', then the seller can decline your return. You need to select 'does not match the description'. Open a return now if you haven't opened one yet -
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reason for return, select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
To speak to customer service, use the link on the left side of this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4002&st=10

If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.

OP3 years agoThanks for the helpful reply. I have started as instructed and we will see where this goes. carpartsplus has me totally frustrated with their greater than thow attitude. The parts listings are not always correct. If they were out here in the real world, they would get that.
