Contacting Ebay
I purchased an item from seller dqtp2910. I sent the money never received the item. When I try and go to Ebay for help and refund they ask for item ID: I provide that it says the item. Sorry, we couldn't find any items from your recent eBay activity. Is there a way to contact someone within Ebay to get my refund.

Mentor5 months agoIs it possible you made the purchase as a Guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.
