Write out what your issue is in a reply to this post, then we can tell you the best way to proceed. Most issues do not require speaking to an ebay rep, but can be handled using the Money Back Guarantee (MBG)
Unfortunately, eBay's phone reps work for a hired 3rd party call/chat center, and thier replies come from a playbook ebay gives them. That book doesn't cover all issues however, and sometimes those reps make up replies to issues not covered.
