Contacting ebay
Has anyone else had problems contacting ebay? I ordered a Labra from ebay on oct 24. I waited to have my mechanic put it on till Apr. 8 when it was warm. It did not have cutouts for fog lights. I ask a highway patrolman if this bra was legal, he said no. I contacted ebay and spoke to an agent on 4/25. She said it had been over the time limit but she said they would approve a return label. It has been 11 days and no label. Ebay said to contact the seller which I did who in turn has sent me back to ebay. Help

Mentor5 months ago@keywest1nc I am sorry but agents sometimes say what a member wants to hear so they get a good rating.
Agents can NOT extend the 30 day eBay Money Back Guarantee return time limit or they'd have to do it for everyone.
Your only option is a chargeback with your funding source if it is not too late for that too.
