Anyone know how to actually get an agent to email you re a purchase that has not arrived???
I made the mistake of purchasing a book for a friend who does not use the Internet. She got a message saying Unable to Deliver. I also purchased something for me. I can see my purchase, but can't get any info on the order I did for her. How do I get to a person who can actually help me get this straightened out?

4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
