THIS COMPANY HAS REALLY GONE DOWN HILL, 20 YEARS AGO IT WAS A GREAT COMPANY.

If you give us the details of your issue, we can probably help you. We are not ebay employees but very experienced buyers and sellers, who know ebay's policies and how to work with them or when needed around them, if possible. The reps you would reach by phone/chat work for a 3rd party call center and often are not much help.
