How do you get Ebay to call, I need to talk to somebody in customer service, I bought an item from a seller that they do the same thing on many item , such as puts 3 item in the sale then only sends 1 item, im just about to stop buying from ebay if they won't the right thing Thank you

You can request a return, which is the best solution

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Missing Parts & Pieces" OR "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
