Contacting Ebay
Ebay has put a hold on my payments. I get a message saying I need to update my account information. I have done this step multiple times and still get the message. I have tried to get help in the help chat and the only option is to have an agent call me. When I request a call it says they are not able to call me. I have checked my phone number. It is correct. I don't have a spam filter on. Is there any other way I can talk to a live agent to resolve my problem?
