Definitely do not use EBAY. I called them today and all they wanted to do was argue with me instead of answering my questions. Then they hung up on me.

eBay does not provide a phone # to call, so I don't think you were talking with eBay, but with someone pretending to be eBay.
If you want to talk with eBay, you need to request a callback from an agent. You can do that here:

But as mentioned by @lady_madonna, your best bet would be to start right here on this board to ask for help from experienced mentors.
