Contacting eBay
Is there any heavenly possible way to contact eBay. I mean how can you now reach a customer service agent when they want you to do everything online. How does any of us that do buy from eBay frequently but are not savvy on the internet or with computers. I need to report a seller after a closed case by virtue of it being listed as new when it wasent. Then when we went to use item discovered that it now has some internal damages. I agreed with seller on the fact of its miss leading listing. Please help me get someone live on eBay.
Thsnk you

Mentor2 years agoOpening a case is not enough; if the seller does not cooperate, the buyer must ask eBay to step in within the time allotted or the case is automatically closed without resolution. Once the case is closed there is little that eBay can do.
You may still have some recourse through your payment method, though. PayPal and many credit cards offer up to six months protection in some cases.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
If nothing else works, try this link between 5am to 9:30pm Pacific Time:
