Contacting ebay
I need to speak to an employee about possible illegal activity, but cannot figure out how to do so. All contact leads are not, and I haven't been able to talk to anyone on the telephone. Can someone supply me with the secret phone number?

OP2 years agoI see no indication that you are employed by ebay, and to expose information may compromise the situation. If there is no secret phone number, what is the public phone number? Thank you for your response.

There is NO phone number PERIOD.

I cannot thank you enough for the link, by following it I was able to resolve the problem.
Feedback: Having been a business owner for 45 years, I cannot imagine not making a phone number available. Also a seller on ebay for almost 25 years. Why is it so hard to get assistance? Just put the help phone number at the top of each page.

The reason for a lack of a phone number for Ebay CS is because the agents are not all in the same location, they are scattered about, therefore the necessity to request a call back.
