Does ebay care about the buyer anymore? Can't call, email, write? How frustrating there's no one ti help directly when you may be buying fraudulent items

If you receive an item that you have purchased on Ebay and it turns out to be fraudulent/inauthentic, you can file a Return Request for a full refund. No need to contact Ebay Customer Service.
