Most questions can be answered here by the experienced & knowledgeable Ebay Mentors.
If you would prefer to contact Ebay Customer Service, use the link below, and you can request a call back from Ebay by clicking “Chat with our automated assistant†on the left side of the page. Then type "AGENT" at the bottom in the chat box. You will see an option to request a call back or chat with a CS rep.

OP2 years agoJust a waste of time took 15. Min to get past the robot then when I got a number 7 min wait time I got a call back she said she couldn’t help me I had to email the resolution depart she gave me the email I wrote it down e mailed them 2 sec later came back invalid this is why I stopped using eBay no customer service
